If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by going through our Remind password process on our website.

To reset your password:

1. Go to Remind password and click "Remind password";
2. Enter your registered email address and select ''Send password". The link for password reset will be sent to the email address you provided;
3. Create new password;
4. As soon as you've created new password, it's active.
