FAQ

To buy a domain name for your website, select one of the options.

Option 1:

• Go to Domain purchase page and start typing a keyword or a phrase: our system will automatically check the availability of popular domain zones, and offer you the available ones.
• Click on the "Buy" button to place the domain into the shopping cart;
• Follow the steps in the shopping cart to complete the domain purchase.

Option 2:

• Go to My Websites;
• Click the "+ Add domain" button, which is located under your website's domain name, or click "Create New Website" button;
• Start typing a keyword or a phrase: our system will automatically check the availability of popular domain zones, and offer you the available ones;
• Click on the "Buy" button to place the domain into the shopping cart;
• Follow the steps in the shopping cart to complete the domain purchase.

Please be informed that after domain registration you need to click on gear next to it and make it as default (it will connect with your website).

As well, be aware that it may start working up to 24 hours (usually it takes ~ 15 min). If the domain does not start working within 24 hour please inform us by creating a support ticket.
