It means that we have no answer from the payment system yet. There could be no funds on your PayPal/Card or payment system is temporary not working. When the billing system charges you successfully - license starts working automatically.

Some advanced brand features are unavailable by default they are marked with a message:
This feature is available for customers who have at least 5 paid IPs (or "Trusted Partner").
Currently you have 3 options In order to unlock these features:
1. Purchase 5+ IPs for any license(s). Note that these IPs must be active further (extended) in order to continue using these features.
2. Make payment of 300 EUR for any of license(s) and inform us after this in support system by creating ticket.
3. Get "Trusted partner" status by creating ticket in support system and telling us that you want to unlock advanced brand features by getting "trusted" status. We will provide you with instructions on how you can get this status.

"Reference not found" error while paying via PayPal

If you get "Reference not found" error while paying via PayPal, please disable all tracking protection extensions on your browser.

Your payments are not accepted

Payment Issues
In this case, you need to contact your bank about account your credit cards connected with. There might be some limitations from your bank in this case (e.g. limitations on account in case of open dispute, lack of funds on the account, restriction on internet payments for certain countries, etc.). Your bank should provide you all the details of why your transactions are not allowed.
