If you are a law enforcement authority and you want to get information of interest associated with the legal infringement ― you should submit a formal request by the email support@site.pro.

Site.pro recommends On-Premises licence because of stability reason:

• Website Builder is stored on your server (in your country) so it will never be affected:
• by local or global internet shutdowns (e.g. Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Iran, Belarus),
• blockages (e.g. China, South Korea),
• data storage regulations (e.g. Russia, Europe, USA).
• Prices are the same (for On-Premises and Cloud);
• On-premises has additional features and much more customisation options.

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by going through our Remind password process on our website.

To reset your password:

• Go to Remind password and click "Remind password";
• Enter your registered email address and select ''Send password". The link for password reset will be sent to the email address you provided;
• Create a new password;
• As soon as you've created a new password, it's active.

• We already know about this issue and are actively solving it;
• The issue will be resolved as soon as possible;
• We select the best suppliers (Google, Amazon, etc.), they give a 99.5% uptime guarantee. This means that the service may be down ~9 hours per year;
• If our services are not available more than 9 hours per year, we will give you bonuses once, depending on the situation, or refund your money, depending on the time the services are unavailable.
