Since January 2014, ICANN, the organization that sets the rules for registering Internet domain names, has introduced new rules for generic top-level domains, such as .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, etc.

According to these rules, any registered domain requires the verification of contact information.

Verification is carried out in two possible ways:

• Upon initial registration of a domain name;
• When changing contact information in a domain, such as the name of the owner of the domain, name of the organization, registration email.

In both cases, an email will be sent to your email address specified during domain registration with a request to confirm the email (during the initial registration of the domain), or the validity of the changed contact information (when changing the name of the domain owner, name of organization or registration email).

• Open My Websites;
• Click on the gear next to the domain and select "Mail servers";
• Select the mail service you're using;
• Click "Save";
• Go to your mail service and create mailboxes.

• Go to Google Workspace;
• Press "Get Started";
• Follow the steps and create your email account with your domain;
• Input payment information to finish the setup.
• Sign in to your email account;
• Follow instructions (received in email) to finish setup;
• Login to your Site.pro account and next to your domain click "Cog" button - Mail server;
• Choose "Gmail (G Suite)" and press save;

Please be informed that google has no free plans.

• Sign in to Zoho account;
• Create a "Business Email";
• Verify your email;
• Choose one of the plans or go free;
• Press "Add now";
• In the pop window fill in the required fields;
• Follow the instructions;
• Login to your Site.pro account and next to your domain click "Cog" button - Mail servers
• Choose ZOHO and press save;
• Next to your domain click "Cog" button - DNS Zone in TXT line press pencil sign;
• On TXT value line press pencil sign;
• Copy the TXT record from Zoho and past it in site.pro next to TXT;
• Verify it in Zoho;
