As part of this process we'll look at the state of your company and get to know a little bit more about you, your clients and your ethos. If it matches, we'll negotiate a suitable price for both parties.
We'll fix a sale date and schedule the next steps. This allows us to prepare everything that’s needed for a smooth transition, like new hardware, client emails etc. and the official plan for the handover.
We'll work closely with you to notify your customers about the imminent change of ownership and provide a timeline.
