It means that we have no answer from the payment system yet. There could be no funds on your PayPal/Card or payment system is temporary not working. When the billing system charges you successfully — license starts working automatically.

2. Click on the settings icon next to the domain and select "Mail servers";
3. Select the mail service you're using;
4. Click "Save";

1. Go to My Websites page;
2. Click button "+Add domain" or "Activate website" (in case you see it) in the website block for which you want to add a domain;
3. Choose "Connect my existing domain" option;
4. Specify the domain name in the opened field and click "Add" button;
5. Go to domain control panel of your domain registrar;
6. Delegate the domain by changing it's Nameserver (NS) records to
   ns1.site.pro (required)
   ns2.site.pro (required)
   ns3.site.pro (optional)
   ns4.site.pro (optional)
7. Make sure to remove all other NS records.

Follow the instructions to change Nameserver (NS) records depending on your domain registrar:

If you can't change Nameserver (NS) records – you may park your domain:

1. Go to My Websites page;
2. Expand "Edit website" dropdown list;
3. Copy real IP address of your Site.pro website;
4. Go to domain control panel of your domain registrar to update A records of your domain;
5. Replace <placeholder> to a real IP address of your Site.pro website:
   @  A  <IP of website>
   www  A  <IP of website>

Please be informed that after domain DNS renewal it may start working up to 24 hours (usually it takes ~15 min). If the domain does not start working within 24 hours please inform us by creating a support ticket.

Domain – name you give your website. A domain usually consists of two or three words separated by dots.
Each website must have at least one domain. Without the domain the website cannot be opened in the browser.

To buy a domain name for your website, select one of the options.

Option 1:

• Go to Domain purchase page and start typing a keyword or a phrase: our system will automatically check the availability of popular domain zones, and offer you the available ones.
• Click on the "Buy" button to place the domain into the shopping cart;
• Follow the steps in the shopping cart to complete the domain purchase.

Option 2:

• Go to My Websites;
• Select "Buy new domain".
  To buy additional domain for same websites, click "Add domain".
  To buy new domain for new website, click "Create New Website" button and select "Buy new domain".
• Start typing a keyword or a phrase: our system will automatically check the availability of popular domain zones, and offer you the available ones;
• Click on the "Buy" button to place the domain into the shopping cart;
• Follow the steps in the shopping cart to complete the domain purchase.

Please be informed that after domain registration you need to click on icon next to it, select "link"to make it as default (it will connect with your website).

As well, be aware that it may start working up to 24 hours (usually it takes ~ 15 min). If the domain does not start working within 24 hour please inform us by creating a support ticket.

1. Login to your Site.pro account - "My Websites";
2. Press the arrow next to "Edit Websites";
   You can see your domain IP and on which Server it is located.
   If needed you can change your website's server.

1. Login to your Site.pro account and go to My Websites page;
2. Buy /connect your domain and click "Edit Website";
3. Choose from templates available or create website from "Blank Template".

To insert video to the website you have several options:

Option 2 (upload video from your computers, will be played as a background):

• Select "Shape" widget and choose shape composition;
• Click background in right toolbar;
• Choose Image/Video and click ;
• Click "Upload New File", choose video, click open, and click "Select";
• Under the video choose the backgrounds video settings: opacity; start time and end time;
• Video will be played with no sound.

Option 3 (upload video from your computer)

• Select "Advanced" widget and choose "Custom Html";
• In the right toolbar's "Custom Html" tab select HTML code by clicking on a pencil icon;
• Insert this code:

Since January 2014, ICANN, the organization that sets the rules for registering Internet domain names, has introduced new rules for generic top-level domains, such as .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, etc.

According to these rules, any registered domain requires the verification of contact information.

Verification is carried out in two possible ways:

• Upon initial registration of a domain name;
• When changing contact information in a domain, such as the name of the owner of the domain, name of the organization, registration email.

In both cases, an email will be sent to your email address specified during domain registration with a request to confirm the email (during the initial registration of the domain), or the validity of the changed contact information (when changing the name of the domain owner, name of organization or registration email).

1. You need to get an Authorization (Auth) code from your current domain/hosting provider;
   (This code may also be called an "EPP code" or "transfer key/code" or "secret key/code". You might find this code in your current provider’s settings, or you could request a code from your current provider. Sometimes it may take a day or two to get this code, so we recommend requesting it right away. Make sure that your domain is unlocked from transferring by asking your current domain provider about it).

4. Choose the "Connect your domain" option;
5. Insert your domain and press the "Add" button;
   (While transferring, keep in mind, if the domain's expiration date is coming to the end, our system can ask you to pay a little extra for its extension).
6. Inform Site.pro support team via the tickets system about the taken steps and provide a domain authorization code.

4. Save the changes.

To verify your domain with GSuite, please follow these steps:

When adding Google fonts to your website, sometimes you may notice that font differs in the editor and on published websites (or when previewing the website).

Each added Google font has extra options, like Regular, Italic, Bold, etc. Each of these options may have its separate width, which is defined in number, like 400, 700, etc.

Usually the problem is caused by some style options not being enabled in Fonts Editing dialog in the editor. To fix it, make sure that all font versions (variants) which you use on your website are enabled.

For example, you connect a font which provides the following options:
Regular 400
Regular 400 Italic
Bold 700
Bold 700 Italic
Then, if you use italic text with this font on your page, then make sure that option "Regular 400 Italic" is enabled for the font.
If you use bold text with this font on your page, then make sure that option "Bold 700" is enabled.
Finally, if you use text which is bold and italic together, then enable option "Bold 700 Italic".

Inside the editor all font versions are loaded at once, therefore you can see text with a correct font. But published website gets only those versions, which are enabled in Font Editing dialog.

Due to this mails can be blocked by mail servers. If you are an owner of domain "mysite.com" you need to add SPF record in DNS configuration of your domain.

When you do not have field "Form will be sent from this Email" filled in then the address no-reply@mysite.com is used (where "mysite.com" is replaced with your website domain name). In this case the reason of not receiving mails is the same as described above.

When your website has been already imported to Site.pro, before Publish:

• Recheck SEO of each page. Check that Title, Description, Keywords, User friendly URL etc. field are filled;
• Recheck if main keywords appear in each page content. Use keyword variations and related terms on the page to avoid repeating the same phrases over and again.

When the SEO setup is done:

• Publish your website;
• As the website code changed, you should republish your website to Google console (Google take the imported website as completely new one).

NOTE: If the SEO Ranking won't change, please inform Site.pro support, our team member will analyse this issue and provide some tips to improve it.

If this error is thrown during publication then it means that builder cannot open folder where the website is meant to be published (usually the folder is "public_html" but it can differ depending on hosting control panel).
To fix this error just make sure that you have web root folder in your home directory in file manager. If you are not sure what folder exactly you need to create (or check existence) then contact your hosting provider and provide this FAQ message.

You can add animations on all elements on your website:

1. Click on element in builder that will have animations;
2. Select "Animation" section in right toolbar;
3. Select "Effect" type (e.g. Fade in, Bounce in, Zoom in) and edit its properties if needed:
• Direction;
• Duration;
• Delay;
• Loop.

1. Websites built with Site.pro Website Builder usually get a high Google score
2. Your website's google score depends on your content:
• use images with optimal size;
• don't use a lot of third-party widgets.
3. Fill in the information for the search engine (SEO); 
4. To index your website in google search, we recommend you to connect your website to a Google Search Console and submit a sitemap;
5. To find a link to your sitemap:
• Go to "Settings" (on the top of the builder);
• Go to "Settings" and switch to "Analytics";
• See your link in "Sitemap URL"

• You accidentally pressed "Reset" or "Change template" button. Check if you have manual or automatic backup enabled. Hover on Publish icon and you will see "Backup/Restore" item;
• You closed the website builder without pressing "Save draft" after creating a website.
  Always make sure you saved your website before closing the browser tab. Also we advise to make website backups regularly.

Set text style for your website builder.

1. Select "Settings" and "Styles" at top right of the builder;
2. Select text style and select font, size, etc.;
3. Select "Links" and set link text colour and link hover;
4. Select "Advanced" to adjust aditional features.

   • "Keywords" are still used by some search engines, but Google ignores them (write keywords in line, separate with commas or semicolons, spaces between words are not important);
   • "User-friendly URL" is the optional field if you want to specify a custom URL path to a page. The default value is taken from the page name specified in the menu.

To solve this problem please take the following steps:

1. Open builder in Chrome or Firefox browser;
2. Open developer tools in browser (key F12);
3. Switch to "Network" tab;
4. Click on "Save" button in builder;
5. Click on appeared request line (it should begin with "?sess=");
6. Switch to "Response" tab;
7. Copy text you see in this tab;
8. Create ticket on site.pro and tell us about "error loading page" and paste copied text. Our developers will fix this problem;

So, after changing template, your created website will be lost.

1. Select the required "Under construction" template;
2. Edit website;
3. Click "Publish" at the top of builder;
4. Click "New / Reset" dropdown list at the top of builder and select "Change template";
5. Select new template;
6. Select the checkbox "Got it" and click "Yes, change template";
7. Edit your website, but don't publish it until it's finished.
   Use "Preview" button to view your website.
   Select "Publish" dropdown list at the top of builder and select "Save Draft" to save your progress.

Hiding website while it is being created / updated:

1. Save backup of your current website;
2. Select "New / Reset" dropdown list at the top of builder and select "Change template";
3. Select "Under construction" template;
4. Select the checkbox "Got it" and click "Yes, change template";
5. Edit website;
6. Selec "Publish" dropdown list at the top of builder and select "Backup / Restore" option;
7. Restore backup of website you want to continue editing;
8. Edit your website, but don't publish it until it's finished.
   Use "Preview" button to view your website.
   Select "Publish" dropdown list at the top of builder and select "Save Draft" to save your progress.
