To verify your domain with GSuite, please follow these steps:

• Go to My Websites;
• Click on icon next to the domain you need to verify and then, click on "DNS Zone" button;
• Click "Add field" and fill in "Host" field with "@", "Record Type" field with "TXT";
• Paste the verification code provided by GSuite service in the "Record" field;
• Save the changes.

Domain registration is when you buy a new domain in Site.pro. You are the registered owner of that domain.

To buy a domain name for your website, select one of the options.

Option 1:

• Go to Domain purchase page and start typing a keyword or a phrase: our system will automatically check the availability of popular domain zones, and offer you the available ones;
• Click on the "Buy" button to place the domain into the shopping cart;
• Follow the steps in the shopping cart to complete the domain purchase.

Option 2:

• Go to My Websites;
• Select "Buy new domain";
  To buy additional domain for the same websites, click "Add domain".
  To buy new domain for a new website, click "Create New Website" button and select "Buy new domain".
• Start typing a keyword or a phrase: our system will automatically check the availability of popular domain zones, and offer you the available ones;
• Click on the "Buy" button to place the domain into the shopping cart;
• Follow the steps in the shopping cart to complete the domain purchase.

Please note that after domain registration you will need to click on the icon next to it, select "link" to make it as default (it will connect with your website).

Moreover, be aware that it may start working in up to 24 hours (usually it takes ~ 1—10 min). If the domain does not start working within 24 hours, please create a ticket.

Some exclusive offers for specific nTLDs:

• .site.pro subdomain price is 1€;
• .xyz, .art domain price is 2€;
• .shop domain price is 1€ for the first year if you upgrade your plan to "Business" / "Design Studio".

If you have a domain that was not purchased from Site.pro and you want to use it in Site.pro, you can connect your existing domain.
There are two options to connect your domain:

Option 1 delegate domain (very recommended):

• You can change Nameserver (NS) records to Site.pro;
• If you delegate your domain, you pass control of DNS zone to Site.pro.

Option 2 park domain:

• If you can't change Nameserver (NS) records – you may park your domain.

Note: Domain DNS renewal may take up to 24 hours (usually it takes ~15 min). If the domain does not start working within 24 hours please inform us by creating a ticket.

The Domain Name Server / System (DNS) is a system for obtaining information about domain zones and IP addresses on which websites are hosted. Simply put, for your domain name to be able to indicate on which server your website is hosted and where it needs to go in order to open this exact website on the Internet, DNS records must be specified.

For example, to redirect any domain of yours to your website created on Site.pro builder, it is enough to specify the following DNS for the domain in your domain's DNS zone management panel:

In order to change DNS records of a domain purchased on Site.pro system:

1. Open My Websites;
2. Find your domain in the "Unlinked domains" list and click on the icon next to it. If you can't find it, unlink your domain from a website;
3. Change the DNS settings of the domain: DNS zone (CNAME, A, etc.) or Nameservers;
4. Save the changes.

1. Open My Websites;
2. Click on the settings icon next to the domain and select "Mail servers";
3. Select the mail service you're using;
4. Click "Save";
5. Go to your mail service and create mailboxes.

According to GDPR policy, information about domain name owners is hidden by default for both individuals and companies.
Exceptions may be national domain zones of specific countries.
Create a ticket, to clarify the possibility of hiding information about the domain owner for these specific zones.

In order to change the contact information in a domain name, you need to:

• Send us a request to support@site.pro from the email you indicated in your contact information. Your email should contain the information that needs to be changed and the new information;
• After some time, you will receive an email asking you to confirm the new contact details of the domain. Follow the link in the email to confirm the changes.

Since January 2014, ICANN, the organization that sets the rules for registering domain names, has introduced new rules for generic top-level domains (TLD) (e.g. .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, etc.).
According to these rules, registered domain requires verification of contact information.
Verification is carried out in two possible ways:

• Upon initial registration of a domain name;
• When changing contact information in a domain, such as the name of the owner of the domain, name of the organization, registration email.

In both cases, an email will be sent to your email address specified during domain registration with a request to confirm the email (during the initial registration of the domain), or the validity of the changed contact information (when changing the name of the domain owner, name of organization or registration email).

1. You need to get an Authorization (Auth) code from your current domain / hosting provider;
   (This code may also be called an "EPP code" or "transfer key / code" or "secret key / code". You may find this code in your current provider’s settings, or you can request a code from your current provider. Sometimes it may take a day or two to get this code, so we recommend requesting it right away. Make sure that your domain is unlocked from transferring by asking your current domain provider about it).
2. Go to My Websites;
3. Click "Add domain" link;
4. Choose the "Connect your domain" option;
5. Insert your domain and press the "Add" button;
   (While transferring, keep in mind, if the domain's expiration date is coming to an end, our system can ask you to pay a little extra for its extension).
6. Create a ticket and inform Site.pro support team about the taken steps and provide a domain authorization code.
