Cash → Cash receiving receipts:

1. Click the green plus sign “Add new entry.”
2. Fill in the required fields.
   
   NOTE: To have the transaction recorded in the General Ledger, we recommend filling in the corresponding accounts.
3. In the “Items” section, click the green plus sign “Add new entry.”
4. Click the pencil icon and select the document related to the received payment:
   
5. Save.
6. Print.

NOTE: If the client is paying an advance and a sales document has not yet been issued, we recommend filling in the “Paid for” field.
If a payment document is selected, it will not be reconciled automatically — it is for informational purposes only and will be shown when printing the Cash Receipt.
