There is a report where you can see the company’s acquired long-term and short-term assets and which employee each asset is assigned to. The employee can view their assigned assets in their employee account. The manager can now see how many computers, desks, phones, etc., are actually in the company.

1. Register the asset and assign it to an employee.

Assets → Low-value Assets → Low-value Asset

Fill in the required fields.

2. You can also register an asset while registering a purchase.

Warehouse → Purchases

In the created purchase document, under “Purchase Items”, click the green button with the white box “Transfer to Low-value Asset” and fill in the required fields.

3. You can view the assigned assets in the report.

Assets → General Report

4. The employee, after logging in to their employee portal, can also see the assets issued to them.

Account → Employee account → Inventory issued
