How to use Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is an additional security step used to protect your Site.pro account.

Log in to Site.pro website.
After logging in, an additional window will appear asking for a 6-digit code:
Open the authentication app on your phone or computer.
Find the 6-digit code generated by the app (the code refreshes every 30 seconds).
Enter this code in the window on the website:
Click “Log in” button.

If the authenticator app doesn’t show the code, check if it appears under another linked account.

If the authentication app was accidentally deleted from the device, please contact us via email at the Contact section email address provided or call and inform our specialists about the issue.
