How does B1.lt and Pigu.lt integration work?

When shopping through Pigu.lt, order data is automatically transferred to the B1.lt program every day. This makes it easier for the accountant to track and manage the accounting, as all the necessary data is transmitted directly. All you need to do is enable the integration and the program will start working without any additional manual steps.

Order synchronisation

Order data is synchronised with B1.lt — after enabling integration. Each imported order in the program creates:

  • client card (if missing);
  • sales invoice;
  • goods write-off act and updates the balance of goods (for quantity accounting);
  • bank record and settles it with sales invoice.

Based on imported data, the program can generate i.SAF, OSS (for those trading in the EU) and other invoices. Returns are not imported to B1.lt

VAT payer registration in Lithuania

1. With the help of an accounting company (recommended).
i. Grant authorisation — send the signed document by mail to Buhalterija internetu, which will handle the registration.
2. Independently — submit a request to register the company as a VAT payer:
i. Log in via Mano VMI and send documents by email;
ii. Fill out the forms FR0227 / RED812 and FR0388 according to the requirements;
iii. Submit the completed forms through an authorized person in Lithuania.
