I upgraded to website builder premium plan, but the premium features are not working.

This may happen for several reasons:

1. Case: You upgraded to the Site.pro website builder premium plan through your hosting company account (not on the https://site.pro/ site).

   Solution: Site.pro website builder premium plan has been activated for your account with your hosting company, but not on https://site.pro/. To use the premium features, access Site.pro website builder through your hosting company account.

2. Case: You upgraded to Site.pro website builder premium plan through your account on https://site.pro/.

   Solution:

   • Make sure you’re logged into the same account where you purchased website builder premium plan.
   • Verify that your website builder premium plan is active:

     Log in to your Site.pro account and go to "My Websites" section.Your current plan will be displayed on the right.

• If you upgraded to a premium plan but see the message “Website Builder: Free”, contact customer support and provide proof of payment for the premium plan.
• If your premium plan for the website builder is active but the premium features are still not working, republish your website.
• If none of the above steps help, contact customer support.
