How to enable spam protection for email account?

Our email client uses Rspamd for spam filtering. Rspamd is a fast, free and open-source spam filtering system, which rejects non-compliant email messages and email messages that contain viruses.

By default, spam filtering system comes configured with 80% spam tolerance. This means at all emails have have a spam score of 80% or more will automaticly be moved to "Junk" folder.

1. Login to your webmail account;
2. Choose "Sign in Admin" button;
3. On left-side control panel, select "Settings" to open user settings page;
4. Adjust settings in "Antispam" section:
• Mark or unmark "Enable spam filter" box to enable or disable spam filter;
• Mark or unmark "Enable marking spam mails as read" box to allow or disallow spam mails to be marked as read;
• Drag "Spam filter tolerance" slider to adjust tolerance levels of spam filter. Value of 0/100 will send all incoming emails to your "Junk" folder. Value of 100/100 will send all incoming emails to your inbox. Adjust based on your needs.
• Click on ‘Save setting’ button.
