How set up third-party SMTP services?

Customers using certain third-party SMTP services may notice that not all emails are getting delivered. The issue is often tied to an incorrectly configured SPF record. Here is what to do to ensure email delivery:

1. Request SPF record example/instructions from your current mail service provider.
2. Go to domain list on the “My Websites” page.
3. Click on the icon and select DNS Zone”.
4. Insert SPF record from your mail service provider into existing SPF record by clicking icon and adding it to the list (make sure not to replace existing entries).
5. Click “Save” and allow a few minutes for changes to go live.
