How to set up an email account?

When creating a new mailbox, users should choose a mailbox plan, which includes specific settings, features, the allowed number of mailboxes, and enabled protocols. Depending on your mailbox plan, users may also increase storage limits, manage POP/IMAP access, and access additional features.

How to set up an Site.pro mailbox with an existing plan:

1. Go to "My Websites" page;
2. Press "Add Mailbox" bottom button;
3. Enter your email name (for example, username@sitepro.email);
4. Select your domain name from the dropdown menu;
5. Set your email password (you will use to log in to your mailbox);
6. Click "Create" button;
7. Access your email by clicking the "Webmail" button;

How to set up a mailbox without plan:

1. Go to "My Websites" page;
2. Press "Add Mailbox" button next to desired domain;
3. Enter your username (for example, username@mydomain.com);
4. Select your domain name from the dropdown menu;
5. Set your email password (you will use to log in to your mailbox);
6. Click "Upgrade" button to navigate to plan selection page;
7. Choose your preferred mailbox plan;
8. Choose your preferred mailbox plan and click "Buy now" button;
9. Choose "Billing Cycle";
10. Select "Payment Method";
11. Fill in account owner's details and click "Buy now".
12. Access your email by clicking the "Webmail" button;
