Sales

Sales invoice

The Sales module is designed for managing sales and related documentation. It allows users to create:

  • Sales invoices and commercial offers;
  • Inventory write-offs;
  • Internal transfers of goods;
  • Returns of purchased goods.

All documents can be emailed directly from the system — either to a single customer or to multiple recipients at once. Additionally, all users have access to a free simplified sales invoicing feature.

Expenses

The Purchases and Expenses module is designed for registering all company purchases and expenses — from raw materials to services. It offers the following features:

  • Registration of purchase documents such as invoices and expense records;
  • Free invoice recognition — unlimited, automatic recognition of invoices (including non-standard ones) without any training, with results in under 30 seconds;
  • An "Additional Costs" feature that allows you to increase the purchase price of goods based on supplementary cost data.

Bank

Bank module
  • Bank transactions can be recorded manually, automatically imported or manually imported as generated files (.csv, .xml, .xsls files).
  • The module is designed to record daily business transactions related to the movement of money in the bank settlement account: funds received, payments to suppliers, wages paid to employees, currency conversion, etc.
  • The module provides a report for viewing bank transactions and checking balances with statements provided by another financial institution.

Cash register

Cash transactions can be recorded in the Cash Register module. It is also possible to print out:

  • Warrants;
  • Cash book for the selected period

All information can be filtered according to the desired fields: series, checkout, customers, etc.

Reports
  • Inventory Reports: Generate, print, or email stock, movement, sales, and purchase reports;
  • General Ledger: View account turnover and write-offs; create debt reconciliation and financial summaries;
  • Sales/Purchases Monitoring: Track outstanding documents to ensure timely follow-up and payments;
  • Debt Management: Send automatic reminders for unpaid invoices to reduce overdue payments;
  • VAT Return Report: Automatically generated from sales and purchase data.

Financial statements

In the Reports module, you can generate real-time financial statements such as:

  • Profit & Loss Statement — Shows your income and expenses over a period, helping you assess profitability.
  • Balance Sheet — Provides a snapshot of assets, liabilities, and equity to understand your financial position.
  • Cash Flow Statement — Tracks incoming and outgoing cash to help you manage liquidity and plan ahead.
