Order Registry

Order Registry

In the Orders register, orders related to employees and business trip documents are registered. The following actions can be performed in the system:

  • Register personnel orders;
  • Create and copy business trip orders;
  • Calculate business trip allowances.

This allows personnel orders and business trip documents to be registered and managed more easily.

Email registry Register of emails sent from the program
Document register Registration of letters sent through postal service providers
Incapacity certificate Registration of sick leave certificates issued to employees
Outgoing mail Registration of letters sent by postal service providers

Accumulated Holiday Days

The module provides information about employees’ annual leave and their remaining balance for a selected date. Here it is possible to view accumulated leave days and adjust their number.

It is also possible to set or change the number of annual leave days in the employee’s contract. Leave data is used in working time timesheets and allows accurate tracking of employees’ leave.

Insurance Register

Insurance register

In the insurance register, insurance policies are recorded and insurance premiums are calculated. It is also possible to allocate the insurance amount to future period expenses:

  • every month;
  • every quarter;
  • every six months.

Insurance expenses are calculated based on the insurance period and automatically allocated to the selected accounting periods.
