How the Integration With Flanco Works?

Activate integration

The Flanco platform (also known as Pingin) operates by automatically transferring data: it creates a client, generates a sales invoice, sends it to the client, creates a payment record, and reconciles it.

You activate the integration and enter the main settings, while the remaining integration work is handled by Flanco representatives.

Order Synchronisation

Synchronisation is carried out in accordance with the established order. Each order:

  • creates a clientcard ((if it does not exist);
  • creates a sales invoice and sends it to clients;
  • creates a bank record and settles it with the invoice.

On the basis of imported data the program can use different currencies and VAT rates, generate i.SAF, OSS and other reports.
Note. Returns are not imported into Site.pro, they have to be processed manually.
