How the Integration With InfoTrans Works?

When working with the InfoTrans platform, sales data is automatically transferred to the Site.pro system every day. This allows the accountant to more easily track and manage accounting, as all necessary data is transmitted directly.

The integration between InfoTrans and Site.pro is handled directly by InfoTrans representatives, so no additional technical work is required on your side.

Invoice Import

Invoices issued in the InfoTrans system are automatically imported into Site.pro along with all related accounting data:

customer record (if the customer does not yet exist);
sales invoice entry;
classifiers;
tax and service codes;
operation types, etc.

Based on the imported data, the system allows the use of multiple currencies, different VAT rates, and the generation of i.SAF and other reports.

Exporting invoices from InfoTrans significantly simplifies accounting work. Depending on the situation, it saves from 40 minutes up to 2 hours or more—in other words, each invoice saves several to over a dozen minutes of accounting time per day.
