How the Integration With OpenCart Works?

When shopping through OpenCart, order data is automatically transferred to the Site.pro program every day. This makes it easier for the accountant to track and manage the accounting, as all the necessary data is transmitted directly.

You activate the integration, enter the main settings (API key, VAT rates, warehouses, product cards, etc.) — data exchange starts automatically.

Order Synchronisation

Order data is synchronised with Site.pro — after enabling integration. Each imported order in the program creates:

client card (if missing);
sales invoice;
goods write-off act and updates the balance of goods (for quantity accounting).

Based on imported data, the program can generate i.SAF, OSS (for those trading in the EU) and other invoices.
Note. Refunds are not imported to Site.pro, they must be processed manually.
