Employee card

Persons who work or have worked in the company are registered in the module. After filling in the employee card and employment contract data, the contract can be printed in Lithuanian, English, and Russian.

  • Register and manage employee cards;
  • Enter employment contract data and print contracts;
  • Specify the number of annual leave days;
  • Assign a work schedule to the employee.

Based on the entered information, the employee working time sheet is generated automatically.

Agreements

The module provides a list of employee employment contracts with key information about contracts valid for the selected date. In the employment contract register you can:

  • View employee employment contracts in one place;
  • See the contract date and number;
  • View the employee’s position and department;
  • See the assigned monthly salary and NPD amount.

The employment contract register allows you to conveniently manage and review all information related to employee contracts.

Employee requests submitted through the “Employee Cabinet” module or entered manually by the responsible person are displayed here. You can also:

  • View requests submitted by all employees;
  • See the request status;
  • Approve or reject employee requests;
  • Manage requests in one place.

Employees can use the “Employee Cabinet” module free of charge and submit requests remotely.
