Technological Cards

Technological Card

Technological cards describe what raw materials, materials or components are required to produce a product and in what quantities. In the card it is possible to:

  • Select the product from the product catalogue;
  • Specify the quantity of products to be produced;
  • Enter raw materials, materials or items and their quantities required to produce one product.

Based on the created technological cards, production can be carried out and the required raw materials can be calculated.

Production According to Technological Cards

In the module, production can be registered according to technological cards. The system automatically selects raw materials and their quantities based on the number of products to be produced.

After saving the production record, raw materials are written off from the selected warehouse and the produced goods are registered in the product warehouse. This automatically updates warehouse balances and records the produced goods.

Bundling / Unbundling

Bundling / Unbundling in technology card

In the module, product bundling and unbundling can be registered. This allows products to be assembled from several components or disassembled into separate items:

  • Bundle products from raw materials or items;
  • Unbundle products into separate components;
  • Automatically register the write-off of raw materials and the produced goods.

This helps manage product composition and their movement in the warehouse more accurately.
