How R-Keeper Integration Works With Site.pro?

Upload r_Keeper system data

The r_Keeper system data (sales, purchases, returns and write-offs) is uploaded to Site.pro as a file. A properly generated and uploaded .csv file automatically transfers all necessary documents into the accounting system.

Order Synchronisation

Order data is synchronised with Site.pro — after enabling integration. When you enter sales data, the following records are created in the program:

  • sales record (creating, printing and sending an invoice);
  • purchase record (receipt of goods or services);
  • return record (list of goods or services returned);
  • write-off act (list of goods or raw materials written off).

Based on imported data, the program allows you to use different currencies and various VAT rates, as well as generate i.SAF and other reports.
