Registration of purchases and sales, movement of goods and monitoring of stock as well as electronic commerce

Sales

The module is used to create sales documents and register operations related to the sale of goods. In the program you can:

Create sales documents and commercial offers;
Register goods write-offs and internal transfers;
Register returns of purchased goods;
Send documents to customers directly by e-mail.

The program also provides all users with the ability to issue simplified sales invoices free of charge.

Purchases

Purchase documents and purchase-related operations are registered in the module. The “Additional Costs” function allows you to increase the purchase cost of goods based on the following documents:

Goods purchase invoice;
Another purchase document;
An entry in the “General Journal.”

When registering a purchase record, the required allocation method can be selected.

Product balances Current stock by warehouse, code and supplier

Consignment Stock checking and consignment sales records

Movement of goods Item movement in the selected warehouse

E-commerce

The module provides synchronized orders from e-stores that are integrated with the program. Here you can view imported order records or delete them.

Based on these orders, sales invoices and goods write-offs are created automatically in the “Sales” module.

Sales Returns

Returns of sold items or services are registered in the module. All return documents created in the company can be viewed, edited or deleted here.

When registering a return, only the returned quantity needs to be entered after selecting the returned item — the remaining data is filled in automatically based on the original sales document. During the return process, items are returned to the warehouse, while accounting entries and VAT data are generated according to the selected operation type.
