E-invoicing

Site.pro allows you to generate a sales invoice in accordance with PEPPOL electronic document requirements. Based on the created invoice, an XML file is automatically generated containing all the necessary invoice information.

The prepared XML file can be uploaded to the SABIS system or sent to Edisoft, ensuring convenient and seamless submission of electronic invoices.

Possibility to Work in Team

The ability to invite an unlimited number of company employees for invoicing in the program at the same time. This saves time for other employees.
Users get simplified invoicing for free (i.e. with the Personal plan). If necessary, the full version of the program can be activated.

Entered sales documents can be sent to the client directly from the program to the specified e-mail address. Before sending, you can choose:

  • Document type: sales invoice, commercial offer or proforma invoice;

  • Custom e-mail text according to the document template;
  • Send a copy of the e-mail to yourself.

This allows documents to be quickly prepared and sent to the client directly from the program.
