VAT payer registration in Lithuania

1. With the help of an accounting company (recommended).
i. Grant authorisation — send the signed document by mail to Buhalterija internetu, which will handle the registration.
2. Independently — submit a request to register the company as a VAT payer:
i. Log in via Mano VMI and send documents by email;
ii. Fill out the forms FR0227 / RED812 and FR0388 according to the requirements;
iii. Submit the completed forms through an authorized person in Lithuania.
