Client Card

Clients card is used to enter and manage basic information about clients, buyers, or suppliers. The following actions can be performed in the card:

  • Enter and edit client or company details;
  • Add addresses, branches, and bank accounts;
  • View and print invoices issued to the client.

Therefore, all important client information can be stored in one place and used in accounting documents.

CRM

In the CRM section, communication with clients or potential clients can be recorded and monitored. The accounting system stores all the main information about the client, while the CRM section records calls, communication dates, client status, and evaluation.

Client inquiries, agreements, and other relevant information related to communication with the client can also be recorded. This makes it easier to track communication with clients and plan further actions.

Filling From Public Sources

Import from public sources

When creating a new client, it is possible to choose to fill in data from public sources. In this case, the client card is created and the main data is automatically filled in from registers:

  • Company name and code;
  • VAT payer code;
  • Company registration address.

This helps save time and reduces the risk of errors when entering data manually.
