General Register

General Register module

The module contains all accounting entries from different accounting modules. It is also possible to manually enter records that cannot be created in other program modules.

  • View all accounting entries in a single journal;
  • Manually register additional accounting operations;
  • Perform VAT closing and settlement of class 5–6 accounts with a single click.

Declarations are generated based on the data in this journal.

General Ledger

In the General Ledger, a summary report of consolidated accounting data from all accounting modules is presented. Here you can view accounting entries and filter data by customer or correspondent account.

From this module, you can open a selected entry and go to the “General Register” to edit it. This allows convenient review and adjustment of accounting data.

Chart of Accounts

Chart of Accounts

The Chart of Accounts provides a list of corresponding accounts used in company accounting. In the “Chart of Accounts” module, you can:

  • View corresponding accounts;
  • Create, edit, or delete accounts;
  • Print the chart of accounts list.

The chart of accounts provided in the system complies with general accounting standards and can be adapted to the accounting requirements of different types of organizations.
