3. In the Right toolbar expand “Advanced” section;
4. Add Mixpanel event code to “onClick JS event” field.

White Label license owners can set daily AI prompts amount for each website builder plan:

1. Go to My Licenses;
2. Click "Manage" button next to desired brand;
3. Select "Edit Plans" tab;
4. In the "AI Prompts" input field assign the number of daily AI prompts for each plan.

Servers' IPs serve as unique connections between your hosting panel servers' and Site.pro website builder.

When user click button on your hosting panel to access to Site.pro website builder, system sends request to Site.pro that includes IP addresses you have configured. This request allows Site.pro to verify whether your servers' is authorized to connect to website builder. This verification process ensures that only approved servers' can access Site.pro service and maintain integrity of correct brand connection.

1. Navigate to the My Licenses page;
2. Choose brand associated with servers' you want to configure;
3. Click next to "Servers' IPs" to add a new public IP address;
4. Enter the IP addresses of your hosting server;
5. Click "Apply" button to save changes;

Mixpanel helps you understand your customer behavior in one system: from website, thorough billing and control panels till website builder and payment process, and learn more about your product. You can track how people use it and easily analyse the data with reports that let you see and explore the results in just a few clicks.

We recommend to follow these instructions to be fully compatible with website builder and avoid any additional issues:

3. For the Control panel***:

4. For the Website Builder*:
All you need to do is add the Mixpanel token to the Website Builder. All these rest options are pre-configured.

To connect Mixpanel to Site.pro website builder, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Mixpanel account;
2. Set up Mixpanel project using our recomendations;
3. Navigate to the "Project Settings" page;
4. In the left menu, select the "Overview" section;
5. Copy "Project Token" that is generated for you.

1. Go to licenses page My-Licenses;
2. Click on "Manage" button;
3. Switch to section "Plugin API keys" in the left menu bar;
4. Paste your copied token into the "Mixpanel" field;
5. Click "Apply" button to save the changes.

The current version of website builder uses a minimal amount of "OpenAI" tokens, which will not significantly impact your expenses.

Once the website builder is updated to a version that consumes more tokens, we will implement controls to manage token usage effectively.

To change website size limits, please follow this steps:

1. Go to licenses page My Licenses;
2. Expand your brand by clicking button "Manage";
3. Switch to section "Edit Plans";
4. Change website size to needed plan in "Max Website Size, MB" field.
5. Click "Apply" button to save brand changes.

Websites are restricted after license expires.

Why restriction exists:

1. Hosting companies ask to protect them from losing customers, as people can switch to a cheaper hosting provider after a website is created;
   when websites stop working (on another provider), customer usually returns to the old provider;
2. This model fits all server network architectures (1 big server; many servers; every customer on dedicated VPS);
3. There is no other way to control the number of websites as hosting providers constantly migrate among servers;
4. Legal side (most important). Site.pro uses hundreds of patents, technical suppliers, and content providers; some of them require constant payment while technology or content is used. If the client converts websites to WordPress (or other technology), it infringes legal rights and automatically generates legal issues with Site.pro or technology or content owners (or their representatives).

Are you looking for an easy way to import all of your clients to our website builder? You are in the right place!

1. Navigate to My Licenses page;
2. Click on the "Manage" button;
3. On the left-side panel, select "Mass Import" tab;
4. Click "Add websites to queue" button;
5. Add a list of domains that you want to import;
6. Click on "Add" and wait while websites are imported to website builder.

Once done, the end user can click the "Website Builder" button on their panel to find their imported websites. All that remains for the end user to do is to publish the website by pressing the green "Publish" button in website builder.

How to participate in the Beta program?

Currently, the only way to participate in the Beta program is to create a ticket and express your desire to become a participant. We are actively looking into making the application process even simpler!

1. Go to "My Licenses" page;
2. Click "Manage" button next to desired brand;
3. On the left-side panel, choose "Edit Plans" tab;
4. In the "Default" row, select the appropriate setting in the "Free" website builder plan column (select by marking the circle in the 4th column by default);
5. Enter URL for upgrades in "Upgrade plan link URL" field (once configured, customers using "Free" website builder will be able to upgrade to paid website builder plan);
6. Configure remaining paid website builder plans (for more information, refer to FAQ article on managing plans);
7. Click "Apply" button to save changes.

Now you can easily turn on the "Create with AI" page to allow your customers create websites with AI by default.

1. Navigate to the My Licenses page;
2. Click "Manage" button next to desired brand;
3. Switch to section "Configuration";
4. In the “Template selector customisation” section, click on “Default template chooser category” to expand the drop-down menu;
5. Select "Create with AI (without sidebar)" from the list;
6. Click "Apply" button to save changes.

Once these steps are complete, the Create with AI feature will be activated, and customers will be able to generate websites with AI by default.

1. Go to My Licenses page;
2. Click "Manage" button next to desired brand;
3. Choose "Configuration" tab in brand settings;
4. In "Template selector customisation" section, open "Default template chooser category" dropdown menu;
5. In dropdown menu, choose one of the following options:
• Random templates - displays six random templates;
• All templates - displays all available templates;
• Website import - displays website import menu;
• Wizard - displays automatic template chooser based on business name and type;
• Wizard (without sidebar) - displays automatic template chooser based on business name and type without other templates in the sidebar;
• Template category - display a specific template category by default (e.g., "E-commerce" or "Online business").
6. Click "Apply" button to save changes.

Changing the website builder plugin icon for your hosting panel involves just a few steps:

1. Go to My Licenses page;
2. Click "Manage" button next to desired brand;
3. Choose "Install plugin" tab in brand settings;
4. Press pencil button next "Plugin icon" to upload icon;
5. Upload your desired plugin icon (supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, recommended size: 64x64 pixels);
6. Press "Apply" button to save changes;
7. Use the "Install plugin" button (in the "Install plugin" brand settings tab) to reflect the applied changes.

If you migrate your clients to another server and IP of new server changes, you need to update IP in your brand on Site.pro licenses page from old value to new value after migration. The plugin re-installation or other actions are not needed.

Note for On-Premises Brand: The IP update on licenses page is needed only if you migrate hosting server with clients. If only webiste builder server is moved, no actions are needed at all. There is no need in having IP for website builder server on licenses page if that server is used only as website builder and not as hosting server with clients.

In einigen Fällen (z.B. bei sehr alten Websites) kann es vorkommen, dass die Website nicht direkt gesperrt werden kann. Stattdessen öffnet sich ein neues E-Mail-Fenster, in dem Sie die Details der zu sperrenden Website angeben sollten. Das Site.pro-Team prüft Ihren Fall und führt die Sperrung manuell durch.

1. Make sure all Site.pro service settings are correct. Check if website builder is available to your customers and they can publish their websites.
2. Check Your Builderisation Level: make sure you have completed all the points in our Marketing Kit.

• Your prices for website builder packages are too high.
  Solution: Check if customers can afford these costs: look at competitors offering in your country. Lower the price: average price for a website builder should be the same as the price for hosting, or slightly less.
• You don't offer free website builder packages.
  Solution: Offer your customers a free website builder package. It will cost you nothing — check out information about free websites and how to activate them.

Set up tariff plans in your server panel (e.g. "Service Plan" in Plesk; "Package" in cPanel);

1. Go to My Licenses;
2. Click "Manage" button next to desired brand;
3. Select "Edit Plans" tab;
4. Configure the required number of plans and their capabilities;
5. In the "Relate with these hosting plans" input field, enter the names of the tariff plans from your server panel;
   Note: Make sure if you entered correct plan name(s);
6. Select the "Default" plan, it will be assigned to those users who do not belong to any of the other configured plans;
7. A plan, for which "Relate with these hosting plans" is empty, is ignored unless it is selected as "Default";
8. Click "Apply" button.

To make a contract between your company and Site.pro, follow these conditions:

• your payment needs to be strongly above average;
• the additional conditions must be applied to both sides;

Inform us by email or by creating support tickets about your adjustments to the general terms and conditions.

The minimal tier plans (under 200 live websites) could be applied under specific conditions: only if your company is based and offers services in one of the countries that fall into the category of lower-tier countries.

The minimal tier plans can be purchased for a minimum of 12 months.

Choose one of two options:

Option 1

• Select On-Premises brand, in this case your website will be hosted on the servers of your hosting company;
• If you already have a Cloud brand, you can migrate from Cloud to On-Premises.

Option 2

• Choose Cloud brand location closest to your country;
• For countries with restrictions on the location of websites, we have servers:
  in Kazakhstan (provider ТОО "Компания Hoster.KZ");
• If you have any questions regarding information security or hosting restrictions in your country, please submit a ticket in our support system.

A live website is a website that was built using Site.pro website builder, published and is currently online.

We check all websites periodically and change their status to "live" or "dead" depending on the website state.

Websites we do not consider as live:

• Unpublished websites;
• Offline websites (websites with fatal errors, without DNS records, etc.);
• Websites that were replaced with another website (built using a different software).

Once the website that was offline for a while becomes live, it will be included into the total number of websites.

If the website is live and was moved to another Hosting provider, you should block such a website on your Statistics, so it won't be included into the total number of websites we're counting.

Site.pro recommends On-Premises license because of stability reason:

1. Website Builder is stored on your server (in your country) so it will never be affected:
   • by local or global internet shutdowns (e.g. Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Iran, Belarus, etc.),
   • blockages (e.g. China, South Korea),
   • data storage regulations (e.g. Russia, Europe, USA),
   • smaller ping between website builder and clients' hostings (a faster website publication time).
2. Prices are the same (for On-Premises and Cloud);
3. On-Premises has additional features and much more customisation options.

If you migrate one or more websites/accounts to another server, some changes might be needed in website builder for a successful migration. There can be some cases when specific actions are required.

• Website/account is moved from one server to another where both servers use the same website builder brands. In this case no actions are required.
• Website/account is moved from one server to another and servers use different website builder brands. In this case action is required before website migration. Note that it does not matter who is the owner of the server where website is about to be migrated — whether it belongs to you or to another hosting company, you will need to migrate website from old website builder (used on old server) to new website builder (used on new server):
  • Open website builder for migrating website on old Hosting Panel. Hover on Publish icon and press "Backup/Restore" item;
  • Download backup;
  • Migrate website/account;
  • Open website builder for migrated website on new Hosting Panel. Select Backup/Restore, restore it;
  • Publish the website.

Mass website/account migration

If you want to migrate many websites from one server to another at once and servers use different website builder brands, please contact us in tickets and we will give you instructions.

1. Go to My Licenses page;
2. Press "Add brand";
3. Pick location and click save button;
4. Follow the steps below.

1. Go to My Licenses page;
2. Click the "Manage" button next to your domain;
3. Select "Customize builder";
4. Choose required "User interface" and press edit style icon to choose your fonts, then click "Apply".

In order to get your OpenAI API key, please take the following steps:

1. Register on https://platform.openai.com/;
2. Navigate to page "API keys";
3. Click button "Create new secret key";
4. Copy generated API key.

In order to get your Prodia API key, please take following steps:

1. Register on http://app.prodia.com/
2. Expand your account ID and upgrade your subscription to Pro;
3. Navigate to page "API";
4. Insert a label (it can be any) and click button Create API Key;
5. Copy API key that is generated for your key.

After that, when opening new website builder session, you should be able to use OpenAI features in website builder.

2. Expand your brand by clicking button "Manage";
3. Switch to section "Plugin API keys";
4. In block "Prodia (Image generation)" add your copied key;
5. Click "Apply" button to save brand changes.

After that, when opening new website builder session, you should be able to use AI image genereation features in website builder.
