Installation On-Premises

Before installation, make sure that your server meets needed requirements.

1. Download site builder archive and extract it to your virtual host www folder:
   
   • for PHP 8.1.x — SitePro_Builder_v4_php81.tar.gz
   • for PHP 8.2.x — SitePro_Builder_v4_php82.tar.gz
   If you extract builder with root user or upload files via FTP, then file permissions fixing may be required by running "chown".
2. Open link http://your-on-premises-builder-domain.com/installer/ in your browser and follow instructions from there.
   For Plesk: If you installing builder in Plesk account and when opening link above get error 500, then open file .htaccess and comment line Options +FollowSymLinks by putting hash symbol "#" before this line, like this: #Options +FollowSymLinks. Save the file and do the same for file v3/.htaccess. Reload link above and continue installation.
   Installation using CLI

   Installation script can also be executed using CLI for automated installs (without requiring user interaction):
   php installer/index.php "/installer?host=your-on-premises-builder-domain.com&dbHost=[database-host]&dbName=[database-name]&dbUser=[database-user]&dbPass=[database-password]&cfgApiUser=[API_USERNAME]&cfgApiPass=[API_PASSWORD]&cfgBrandId=[Brand ID]"
   Important:
   When running CLI installer will verify PHP CLI configuration and not the actual PHP configuration that will be used for running builder. Make sure they match.

3. When installation is complete, delete folder installer.
4. Setup builder CRON. This will help you to optimize builder used space and keep builder up-to-date.
