“Acc. bank” – click the pencil icon and select the bank account. All company bank account statements will be imported after the integration.
Note: the account number must be entered in the module Bank → Bank link with correspondent account;
Synchronize statements from – select the date from which to import statements;
After filling in the fields, click the “Save” button.

3. In the notification that appears, click “Proceed and confirm” – you will be redirected to Neopay.

4. In the window that opens, click “Continue”.

5. Enter your Citadele login details and click “Log in”. After confirmation, you will be redirected back to the system.

How it will work afterwards:

From the next day, Citadele statements will be imported automatically every morning (import may take until 12:00);
The statements are available under Bank → Statement Import;
You only need to review the entries and press “Import” so they are transferred to Bank → Bank module with correspondent accounts.
The system automatically updates the one-month statement file every day.
If a new account appears in the same bank, delete the existing integration link and repeat all steps again.

Note: Automatic Citadele bank statements can also be used by users with the Minimal plan – until 2026-12-31.
