Reference book → Item Cards → Items

1. Create product cards.
Click “+” to create a new product card. Fill in the fields: Name, Product attribute, Group (optional), Measurement unit, Price without VAT, Price with VAT, VAT rate, Barcode, Active.

2. If the company sells products that include a refundable deposit container.
2.1 You need to create an additional container card by specifying your desired "Barcode", e.g., 1100.

2.2 In items cards for items sold with a deposit container, add the container barcode and the quantity in the package:

3. If the company uses item groups.
You can create a item group via Reference book → Item cards → Item Groups, and make sure to mark “Is active?”.

It is possible to import item cards into the Site.pro program using a pre-prepared file. You can do this via Data import → Item cards. The file must contain the following filled columns: Name (name), Product attribute (attributeName), Group (groupName) optional, Measurement unit (measurementUnitName), Price without VAT (priceWithoutVat), Price with VAT (priceWithVat), VAT rate (vatRate), Barcode (barcode), Active — this field cannot be imported, so you will need to fill it in manually in the items cards.

Note. Product quantities (stock balances) are not transferred to the cash register, only product cards with barcodes and sales prices.
