    How does data synchronization from Raso cash register work?

    Warehouse → Cash sales

    Sales from the Raso cash register are uploaded into the Warehouse → Cash sales module and Warehouse → Trade. If the entry is grey in Warehouse → Cash sales, the sales entry is processed, i.e. the item has been written off from the warehouse. If the entry is white, you can assign the item to be written off manually. In the Cash sales module window there is a column “Type”. In this field you can see what operation came from the Raso register: sale, return or SF. Sales and SF documents are registered in Warehouse → Trade with cor. accounts, according to the created transaction types.

    Note:
    • If the provider type “KVITAS” is selected in the integration, we recommend splitting the payment fact (paid in cash, by card, otherwise) by making an additional entry through GL → General journal.
    • If the provider type “RIVILĖ” is selected in the integration, we recommend registering the revenue received from the cash register through GL → General journal by creating a Debit entry, because the imported entry from the cash register only writes off goods (transaction type “Daily sheet”), while the revenue must be registered manually.
