Balance in the Site.pro system — this is the amount of money (EUR excluding VAT) added by the company, from which user plans are paid after the top-up. The company's balance is visible in the top bar.

1. To top up the balance, click the "Balance" button.

Top-up – in the opened form, choose one of the suggested amounts or enter a custom top-up amount. Please note that the top-up amount is specified in euros excluding VAT (e.g., the total amount to pay is €60.50 including VAT, while the company balance — the virtual wallet — is credited with €50). You can enter any desired amount in the Enter your amount field. The minimum top-up amount is €50.

Proforma Invoice – the user fills in the necessary details to generate a proforma invoice, and once the payment is completed, a VAT invoice is automatically issued using the same details. As shown in the example, the user selects whether the payer is a natural person or a legal entity and fills in the required billing details. Make sure the correct top-up amount is entered, then click “Top up company balance”.

In the next step, the user is informed about the fund allocation process and can download the proforma invoice for payment.
Note: When paying the invoice, it is mandatory to accurately specify the payment purpose (the proforma invoice number).

Once the payment is processed and recorded in the Site.pro system, the company’s balance is automatically updated, and the user can see the new balance in their account, for example:
