After setting the initial parameters in the online store, select the product synchronization command:

RUN1 (b1_sync_items) If the products are linked, the following actions will be performed depending on the settings:

1. Product stock levels in the online store will be updated; the information will be linked to the API warehouse specified in the Site.pro program (set in the online store in the field “Sync” Site.pro quantities with e-shop).
2. Product names in the online store will be updated: Directories → Products → Product cards, product field “Name” (set in the online store in the field Try to sync-name).
3. The product sale price will be updated depending on whether the store is set to display prices with VAT.
   • If displaying prices with VAT is selected, it can be adjusted via the following menu path: Directories → Products → Product cards, product field “Price with VAT”
   • If displaying prices without VAT is selected, it can be adjusted via the following menu path: Directories → Products → Product cards, product field “Price without VAT” (set in the online store in the field Try to sync-price).

After installing the plugin, product synchronization between the systems is performed automatically once a week;

RUN2 (b1_sync_orders) The second command is launched to import orders into the Site.pro program. It is important to ensure that completed orders are marked with the status Completed. Orders with this status will then be sent to the module: Warehouse → E-commerce.
After installing the plugin, order synchronization is performed automatically every 10 minutes.
