Settings → Settings→ Sending Invoices by Email

When you enter the module, mark the box “Enable sending via external SMTP server”, if you want to send emails from your own email address. When the checkbox is selected, additional fields will become active.
To send emails via Site.pro email, uncheck the box.

Fill in the following fields:

• SMTP Server – the address of the SMTP server;
• Sender (Email address from which emails are sent) – the email address that will be used to send the messages;
• Port – specify the port (most commonly 25, 465, or 587; for example, port 587 is typically used with TLS encryption);
• Encryption – you can choose between 3 encryption types: TLS, SSL, or Plain;
• Username – your email login username;
• Password – enter the password.

Fill in the fields according to your email provider’s parameters. Click the “Save” button.

(Please note that Gmail uses a separate SMTP password, which is different from your mailbox password: https://security.google.com/settings/security/apppasswords)
