    • number of company databases;
    • integration package;

    A processing fee applies (€10.00 is deducted from the balance) if:

    • the payment is less than €50 + VAT (while company access is not suspended). The processing fee does not apply to the user’s first top-up.
    • the payment is less than the amount specified in the advance invoice, if company access is suspended.

    Examples of daily rate calculation:
    Option 1:
    One user with the Minimal plan managing one company’s accounting:
    Minimal plan user €12/month (€0.40/day);
    1 database fee €3/month (€0.10/day);
    Total per month €15 + VAT (€0.50 + VAT/day)
    Option 2:
    Two users: one with the Minimal plan, another with the Expert plan, both managing 2 companies’ accounting, with an active integration:
    Minimal plan user €12/month (€0.40/day);
    Expert plan user €30/month (€1.00/day);
    2 database fees €6/month (€0.20/day);
    Integration package “Universal 1” €50/month (€1.66/day);
    Total per month €98 + VAT (€3.26 + VAT/day)
