Forgot your password?

  1. On the main Site.pro page, click the "Login" button → Click the "Forgot your password?" link:

  2. Enter the email address you used to register and click the "Remind" button:

  3. You will receive an email with a link. Click the link to confirm that you are requesting a password reminder.
  4. After confirmation, you will receive another email with a newly generated password.
  5. When logging in, enter your email address and the new password.
  6. Once the password is changed, the system will ask you to log in again using the new password.

    We recommend using numbers, uppercase, and lowercase letters for your password.
