Be sure to fill in both fields.Next synchronization field — you can see the date when the next synchronization will take place.Set accounting settingsSet VAT ratesSend invoice .pdf files to Allegro — tick the box if you want to transfer the generated invoice from the Site.pro program to the Allegro system (as an attachment to the sale). You must also select an invoice template from the list to determine which template the sent invoice will be based on.Status — select from the list which order statuses will be imported into the Site.pro program. If no status is selected, only orders with the "Ready for processing" status will be imported.After describing all parameters, click the "Save" button at the top. Link items in Site.pro and Allegro: Registers → Item cards → Items Link Site.pro items with items on the Allegro platform, i.e., enter the SKU code from the Allegro platform into the "Code" field in the Site.pro program. The code can consist of up to 60 characters (i.e., numbers and letters).Only if the item codes match in both platforms will the entry for deducting items from the warehouse be registered.Perform the settings required for payment import from Allegro.Set positive and negative exchange rate fluctuation correction accounts.Final settings. Note. For connection, use a user account with owner rights. Note. If you want to speed up synchronization, you can synchronize data manually, i.e., press the \ Note. When changing essential integration settings or if the Allegro system performs updates that cause the integration to stop working, you need to perform the authorization again. In the Site.pro program, in the Allegro integration settings, click \ Note. You can connect Site.pro to even several Allegro marketplaces. Each of them will require separate settings and an API key.
