Order data is automatically synchronized with Site.pro to simplify your work. You only need to activate the integration by following the steps below.

1. Create operations
2. Link newly created operations with a series
3. Create service cards
4. Download the plugin and install it in the e-shop administration module:

Download the plugin. Click “Downloads” and download the ZIP file: https://bitbucket.org/b1cloud/b1-prestashop/downloads/?tab=tags. Install the plugin in the e-shop administration module. Requirements and installation instructions: https://bitbucket.org/b1cloud/b1-prestashop/src/master/.

5. Configure the e-shop settings and connect Site.pro with PrestaShop:

In the Site.pro system, configure the initial settings: Settings → Integrations → API. Click the green “” button to add a service. In the opened window, fill in the required fields.

• General settings:
  Name – “API1” will be set automatically, but you can change it to any preferred name. For example, change it to PrestaShop.
• Accounting settings:
• Fill in the fields marked with an asterisk and assign previously created operations and cards.
  
• “Sales operation for EU private individuals” is used when the company is registered in the OSS system and EU private sales must be separated.
• “Apply the highest VAT rate from order data (for discounts, delivery and other services)” automatically applies the highest VAT rate to all invoice lines.
• In “Product / service attributes”, select the attributes you will use and move them to the left so they are marked with a green checkmark.
• Used VAT rates:
• In the “Used VAT rates” field, click “+ Set VAT rates” and fill in the fields. The configured VAT rates will be assigned per country. This step is mandatory.
• After filling in the fields, click “+ Import” and verify the VAT rates for each country.
Note. If you have an additional VAT number and the right to sell with a different VAT rate, add this information separately for the relevant country.
• After completing all settings, click “Save”. The system will generate an API key and password, which must be entered in the e-shop.

The configuration is very important, as it determines which data will be synchronized between Site.pro and the e-shop.

• PrestaShop → Site.pro Configure

In PrestaShop, go to Modules & Services → Modules & Services, select “Installed Modules” and click “Configure” next to Site.pro.

• Set the field values:
1. E-shop ID – generated automatically, do not change it.
2. Sync orders from – select the start date for order synchronization.
3. Confirmed order status ID – select the order status to be sent to Site.pro.
4. Sync Site.pro quantities with e-shop – enable to synchronize stock levels.
5. Try to write-off – enable to automatically write off products when orders arrive.
6. Try to sync-price – enable to synchronize product prices.
7. Try to sync-name – enable to synchronize product names.
8. VAT tax rate – configuration moved to Site.pro (Settings → API → Used VAT rates).
9. Try to sync invoices number and series – enable to synchronize invoice numbering.
10. Enter the remaining fields in the e-shop: API key, Private key (from Site.pro), Access key (generated automatically).
11. Product SKU codes must match between PrestaShop and Site.pro.
12. Import product cards into Site.pro:
13. Import products to Site.pro (BETA) – enables product card import.
14. Attribute – select the product attribute for import.
15. Measurement – select the unit of measure.
16. Click “Update” and then “Run”. Only products with a code will be imported.
6. Link Site.pro and PrestaShop products:

Go to Directories → Product cards → Products and enter the PrestaShop SKU into the Site.pro product card field “Code”.

Note. Once products are linked, warehouse write-off documents will be generated automatically.

8. Synchronize orders:
• Orders are synchronized with the status selected in “Confirmed order status ID” (e.g. “Payment accepted”).
• Orders appear in Warehouse → E-commerce. Grey records mean processed orders; white records mean not written off.
