Reports → Individual Activity Reports

In the selection fields, choose:
1. "Template" – the report format;
2. "Year" – the year for which the report is generated;
3. Click the "Print" button to generate the report.
The report can be generated for a full year or a selected month.

Explanation of the columns in the generated individual activity report:
2. Date. When the accounting principle is:
"Accrual" – the Invoice date is used;
"Cash" – the Payment date is used;
3. Invoice date, name, series, and number.
4. Operation description. Data is filled from the line item descriptions. If it is a purchase, the type of expense is added (before the colon). Expense type refers to the operation type, which allows categorizing expenses by type.
5. Income amount. Credit accounts are displayed with a minus sign. If a VAT code is specified on the IV owner’s card, the amounts in the report are shown without VAT; otherwise, amounts include VAT.
6. 7. 8. Expenses. If the IV owner’s card includes a VAT code, amounts are shown without VAT; otherwise, amounts include VAT.

For the period start and end, if there is a balance in the inventory corresponding accounts, the report automatically includes a correction “Inventory balance adjustment” based on the General Ledger data to correctly reflect expenses.

Wages and Long-Term Assets are included in the report.

Note. If it is not possible to select the year when choosing the report, check whether the parameters for How to set parameters for the "Resident Individual Activity Income–Expense Journal"? are filled in.
