    How to create and upload a product packaging file for uploading to GPAIS?

    Generating the GPAIS Journal (Product, Packaging, and Waste Accounting Journal) in .xml Format
    1. Declaration → GPAIS
    To create a new document, click the "Create New" button Creating a new GPAIS journal document .
    2. Fill in the fields for journal generation:
    Select Flow and Period, then click the "Generate" button.

    3. Generating the list of product units (items):
    To generate a .xml file for goods with packaging, click the Generate button.

    Download the generated file to your device.

    4. Uploading product/item units
     4.1 Log in to the GPAIS system;
    4.2 Click on your username (name and surname), then select "ERP Integration" → PAI Accounting from the list:

    4.3 In the newly opened window, click "Data Import".

    Under "Select product file for import", upload the previously generated .xml file.

    After selecting the file, click "Import".

    4.4 In the window, click "Import Results" to see the status and progress of the uploaded file.

    4.5 If the file was uploaded without errors, the product/item list can be viewed under: PAI Accounting → Unit of products/sale units
