Before importing a bank statement, you should:

1. Check Settings → Settings → Data Exchange
   If the fields are empty, we recommend filling them in:

• Tax correspondent account for statement import – select the correspondent account for bank commission fees;
• Credit correspondent account for statement import – select the account to be used for settling supplier debts or other outgoing payments;
• Debit correspondent account for statement import – select the account to be used for settling customer debts or registering incoming payments.

2. Download the Excel template via: Settings → Data Import → Import of bank Statements
Select the data import type and click the arrow "Next step".

3. In the opened window, download the Excel data file template by clicking the "Download Template" button, then click "Next Step".
When filling out the template, the column values are specified in the Site.pro system — pay attention to which fields are mandatory; optional fields may be left blank.

Upload the prepared file:
4.1 Select the file from your device by clicking "Choose File" – the prepared file will be imported automatically.
4.2 The completed bank statement Excel template can also be imported via Bank →Import Statement module.
4.3 Click the button "+" and, in the window that opens, select the "xlsx" format.

Upload the prepared bank statement file from your device by clicking "Choose File."
5. The transfer of bank statement data into the accounting system is carried out as usual.

Note: One file can contain entries from statements of multiple different banks. As long as the entries remain in the Bank → Statement Import module, they do not participate in the accounting records.
