If a customer wants to return goods (items are returned to the warehouse):
1. Create a new operation type: Reference book → Warehouse → Operation Types.
For example: Sales Return. Check the boxes for Purchase and Sales Return, Include in VAT Register, and mark it as a Credit Invoice.

2. The return is registered in the Warehouse → Sales Return module:
2.1 Create a return entry by clicking the button ;
2.2 Fill in the required fields and add the “Return Items.”

When filling in the return and selecting the returned item from the list, you only need to enter the quantity — all other fields are filled in automatically according to the original sales document.

Note. The sample corresponding accounts shown in this instruction are provided for example purposes. To ensure accuracy, we recommend using accounts according to your company’s approved chart of accounts and accounting policy.
If the document series and number length are set in Directories → Warehouse → Document Series, the system will not allow the same number to be used in return documents — such a number will be treated as a company document subject to numbering sequence requirements.
