How to register a contract for automatic invoicing?

1. Documents → Agreements → Agreements

A new agreement is entered by selecting the plus button Creating a new agreement in the system and filling information. Save the record.

2. Warehouse → Automatic Invoice Generation

An automatic invoice generation can be set for the entered contract (the invoice will be issued every month).

In this module, fill in the fields "Invoice Date" and "Employee", then click Generate. The system will generate invoices based on the selected contracts and redirect you to the Warehouse → Sales module.

The created sales invoices will be included in accounting. Automatically generated records will be highlighted in blue to indicate the automated creation process.
