    Account → Companies and users → Select a company → Supplier representatives

    In the opened window, click “” to add external users (supplier representatives):

    Once the fields are filled in, click “Save”.

    The number of supplier representatives that can be added is not limited, just make sure to inform them by providing an email address for sending the files. Each company has its own individual e-mail address (the e-mail address consists of “files + company code@site.pro”), which is included in the information note:

    Note. Only users with the “Executive” permission set or the database owner (who created the database) can add “Supplier representatives”.
