    • How to write off materials / fuels according to total accounting?

    1. When purchasing goods or fuel, check that the materials correspondence account (20XX) in the chart of accounts does not have the checkbox set for “Inventory”. If it is checked, remove it.

    2. Create an operation type “Write-off (Total Accounting)”.

    3. Create an item card with “Item Type” – Service.

    Reference Books → Item Cards → Items

    4. Create a new document.

    Warehouse → Sales

    Click “+” to add a new entry, create a new entry with the operation type “Write-off (Total Accounting)”. In the item position, select the item created in step 3.

    5. Save the document by clicking “Save”.

    6. Verify that the double-entry is correctly registered.
