How to write off the item manually?

If records in the Warehouse → Cash Sales module are displayed in white, it means that the products were not found in the warehouse. In such cases, products must be written off manually so that stock quantities match the actual balance.

Procedure:

  1. Edit the cash sale record:

  2. Assign the product to be written off by clicking the pencil icon “”

    After selecting the product, click the “Save” button.
  3. Mark the processed sales position and click the “Write off” button

  4. If the write-off is successful, the sales position will turn gray
