Several criteria that may affect the crediting of funds when participating in the Partnership Program.

Please pay attention to whether:

• the invoice for Site.pro services has been paid by the exact user who registered through your partnership (affiliate) link;

• a proforma invoice has been generated in the Site.pro system for topping up the balance of the user who participates in the system as a recipient of Partnership points;

• the client has not been taken over from another company;
• the invited client is not topping up the balance, but they have joined the program through another user who generates proforma invoices for balance top-ups.

Note:

If the client was invited by another company, they are already participating in the Partnership Points Program under the affiliate system of the original inviter.

If the client topped up their balance but joined the program independently (not through the link you sent), then they do not participate in the Partnership Program.

Partnership points are awarded to the user who invites others to join, not to the company. We cannot change the program’s operating principle due to potential logical contradictions:

• many users within one company who were invited by different people;
• users change companies and get employed elsewhere;
• if a database is transferred to another user, the partnership points could also be transferred along with the company.
